Returns & Exchanges
We accept both returns and exchanges on our items, subject to the following conditions:

Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Shipping Costs: The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Loss in Value: The buyer is responsible for any loss in value if an item is not returned in its original condition (as agreed upon with the seller).
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Contact us at contact@miniversee.com within 30 days of receiving your order with your order number and reason for return/exchange.

Once approved, ship the item back to the provided address within the 30-day window.

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method or dispatch your exchange item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong product, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue so we can resolve it for you as quickly as possible.
